SHOP TALK
Learn the $25,004.22 "secret"
One of the best aspects of joining an association with local chapters is the comraderie that develops with fellow shop owners. We gain lots of great insight and information from dicussing industry issues and business problems with our peers before and after meetings. Some members like the meetings before and after 'the meeting' as much as the scheudled event. So tonight we will be holding a "Shop Talk" open discussion chapter meeting.

Chapter 5 presents:
Are you having a hard time finding qualified collision technicians?
Year after year, the biggest problem facing the collision repair industry is the lack of qualified workers coming into the field. AASP/NJ and Bergen Tech are trying to do something about it. This meeting will allow shop owners to tour the grounds of the newly renovated Bergen Tech and interact with officials and teachers of the current Bergen Tech automotive program. The only way to solve the shortage of qualified help is to prepare and educate future automotive professionals. Here is YOUR CHANCE to have a say in how they are prepared. Former AASP/NJ Board member and current Bergen Tech instructor Bobby Magee will host the event.
